the female's fur rose slightly as she ehard an approaching wolf until she could see Agate not to far away. With a yip and a tail wag she got up and more like rabbit jumped than ran to her alpha.
Once she came near her, she lowered herself to the ground where the snow was touching her belly and she gave a lick to the bottom of her cheek for permission to stay. | |
